Reservations
a) Long-term stay - Students
The term of the contract is on a 6 month basis, with payment to be made upfront. Students choosing to move out before the end of the term are supposed to give a two month notice. The residential rental fee includes recreational fees, housekeeping and Wi-fi access.

b)Short-term stay – Executives/ Parents/ Medical tourists
For short stays, check in/ check out is offered on a 24-hour basis. In addition to the amenities, short-term residents are also entitled to use the recreational facilities.

Method of payment
All rents, fees, deposit, utility charges, etc., for residents at The Mark may be remitted by demand draft, in favour of The Mark, Bangalore.

Cost of utilities
Electricity meters are fixed in each resident’s bedroom and bathroom, billed to the resident. Meters are also fixed in the common areas of each apartment, and residents share these bills.
Cooking gas for each apartment is to be arranged for and shared by the residents of that apartment.
Please note that utilities for the common areas shared by all residents are paid for fully by the management of The Mark.

Recreational fees
Membership fees are included in the rent.
The Party Hall can also be hired, on an hourly basis.

Security deposit
A Security Deposit (2 months' rent) is required from each resident prior to an access card being issued for The Mark. The Security Deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the license period if all furniture and fittings (apartment and room) are considered to be in a satisfactory condition, taking into account general wear and tear, at the final inspection. Part of the deposit may be withheld to compensate for any damage or loss of equipment, if it arises.

On-line Application
The application form will help us to confirm your identity and eligibility for residence at The Mark.
You will be mailed when your application has been processed and approved. Please pay the fees within the time limit stipulated in the acceptance notice; failure to do so will lead to rejection of your eligibility to reside at The Mark.
