Manipal is a University town, located in the state of Karnataka, India. Placed on a plateau between the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea, Manipal enjoys stunning views from several locations! The climate is humid and warm between November and May, and rainy during the monsoons from June to October. The sea breeze cools the city during the day and a mountain breeze blows off the Ghats at night. Manipal is easily reached by air, rail and road.
